Maine Space Corporation Getting Down to Business

The board of directors of the Maine Space Corporation has scheduled its first organizational meeting. On June 27, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at TechPlace in Brunswick, the board of directors is expected to approve bylaws, elect officers, and approve organizational resolutions. Anyone planning to attend is asked to notify Dr. Terry Shehata at terry.shehata@msgc.org.
